"Nothing in the world is ever completely wrong. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day" - Paulo Coelho

Welcome!  I am here to help you unleash the greatness that is inside of you, so you can create a better life for yourself and those around you using my 4 Principles For Life Success:

(1) Real success does not mean that you have to shine like the Sun or stand like the Eiffel Tower. You must learn to be flexible and patient to overcome the obstacles that come your way in both your work and personal life. Being perfect is not what is important, but how you use your resources to handle adversity.

(2) Your career is important, but it is meaningless without your family and your health. To be truly successful, you must focus on the aspects of life that make it really worth living.

(3) Life brings happiness. Take time to enjoy the simple things and live life to the fullest by being mindful of the present.

(4) Embrace your individuality. True self-worth comes from one thing: thinking that you are worthy. Find the things that make you different and special and cultivate them, instead of thinking that you need to be like everyone else to be “good enough.”

Who Am I?

In my professional life, I am a program manager, which may sound a little bit dull and boring to some people. But for me, getting into troubled programs, cutting through the chaos and turning the whole program around into a major success is one of my biggest thrills in life.

My other love, and something that is very important to me, is helping others. This blog allows me to do this in 3 different ways:

1.    It is an outlet for those who are everyday heroes, those who have learned something important about success in a particular aspect of life and want to share it with others.

2.    It is a place where people can find information they need, from professionals who have “been there and done that” and can offer real insight into today’s biggest problems and concerns.

3.    All of the proceeds from this site go directly to charities for social improvements like providing medical facilities & shelters to homeless people in cities, creating food systems in villages to help decrease farmer suicides and to assist homes for the elderly in Pune.

What makes me qualified to do this?

To this I would answer that I am no different than you, but I have been fortunate enough to have some very influential people who have helped me gain a good measure of wisdom and perspective in my life.

So to Mr. Goldratt, who helped guide my professional life, Professor Sen, who influenced me academically, and Reverend Chariji who shaped my daily life by showing me that the real blessings in life are not about money or promotions, I want to say thank you. Your work has not been in vain, and it is now helping me and others, all over the world, to create a better life for themselves and those around them.
